Overview

We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) to support us from home office. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting qualified candidates across various industries.

In Short

• Implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract applicants
• Conducting the entire recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, interviews, and selection procedures
• Building and maintaining a talent pool using recruiting software, social media, and enhancing our website
• Maintaining the applicant management system and ensuring efficient data management
• Coordinating and conducting onboarding processes for new employees

Requirements

• You are a registered student
• You are communicative, motivated, and proactive
• You have fluent German language skills, and English skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you already have some experience through internships
