In Short

• Calculation and processing of tenders for PV systems considering all cost factors.
• Creation and review of specifications as well as economic evaluation of tender documents.
• Obtaining and analyzing offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Optimization of calculation models and processes to increase competitiveness.
• Market price analyses and continuous process improvement in calculation.
• Collaboration with technical planning and sales for tailored offers.
• Participation in award negotiations and coordination with internal & external partners.
• Maintenance of calculation software and post-calculation of completed projects for process optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or renewable energies or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in calculation, preferably in PV, renewable energies, or construction.
• Knowledge in tenders, specifications & calculation software (e.g., RIB iTWO, Powerbird).
• Technical understanding of PV systems, grid connections & energy technology.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers & subcontractors.
• Knowledge of procurement & contract law (VOB, HOAI) is an advantage.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good German & English language skills.
