Overview

The Internet Home Consultant (IHC) is responsible for lead intake from various sources and assigning leads to appropriate Sales Professionals while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Function as the lead management contact for emails from Perry Homes’ and partner websites.
• Interact with customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Answer emails and online chats daily, gathering information to assign leads.
• Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Track and report on customer leads and their online digital footprint.
• Provide reports on activity and trends.
• Monitor websites for accuracy.
• Cultivate 1-800 contacts for assignment to Sales Professionals.
• Assist in researching new Internet marketing ideas.
• Develop relationships with Sales Professionals and management.
