PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs, manufactures and sells Pergolas. Founded in Norway, PERGOLUX is constantly looking for growth opportunities and is already available in more than 15 countries in Europe, Australia, North America and South America.

In Short

  • Sales Pipeline Ownership: Prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers with tailored recommendations, focusing on demonstrating the long-term value of investing in premium pergolas.
  • Upsell Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to bundle products and services, such as smart home integrations or maintenance packages.
  • Sales Strategy Feedback: Share insights with marketing about lead quality, customer demographics, and pain points to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Objection Handling: Develop persuasive arguments for common objections, including pricing, installation timelines, and competing products.
  • Post-Sale Support Coordination: Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation and follow-up experience for customers.
  • Sales Exhibitions: Attend and plan relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, sell to customers, and increase brand exposure.

Requirements

  • Native Norwegian or Swedish speaker or excellent Norwegian or Swedish skills. (C2 Level)
  • Good English skills (C1 Level)
  • Proven success in direct-to-consumer sales with high-ticket items, preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or similar industries.
  • High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and achiever mentality.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales and track performance.
  • Advanced sales skills, including consultative techniques for premium products.
  • Strong negotiation and upselling capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and improve performance.
  • Excellent time management to prioritize high-value leads effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
