Senior Video Editor & Creative Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Video Editor & Creative Designer, you will create impactful video and image creatives, with a focus on social media content, while working independently on exciting brand projects.

In Short

• Editing social media ads with a focus on UGC, image creatives, and loop creatives.
• Implementing concepts and art direction in collaboration with the team.
• Developing new ideas and visuals for client campaigns.
• Creating pitch presentations, mood boards, and storyboards visually.
• Continuously improving existing creatives based on performance data.
• Optional: Supporting and editing UGC shoots.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in social media creation & video editing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience with TikTok & Instagram content, trends, and formats.
• Self-motivated, structured working style, and hands-on mentality.
• Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and conversion strength.
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Bonus: Experience with UGC shoots or set work.
