Creative Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Creative Designer at Performancepixel, you will be part of a remote-first agency focused on elevating performance creatives with bold ideas and a passionate team.

In Short

• Develop performance-oriented designs for social media ads (static, animations, storyboards, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Performance teams from concept to final creative.
• Independently create visual concepts, mood boards, and design systems for campaigns.
• Design not only ads but also presentations, pitch decks, and brand concepts with storytelling.
• Enhance designs based on performance data and user feedback.
• Scout trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok and incorporate them into designs.

Requirements

• Experience as a designer in a digital environment, ideally in an agency or startup.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); Figma is a plus.
• Strong craftsmanship with strategic and visual thinking skills, understanding brand impact and target audiences.
• A passion for social media, creativity, courage, and curiosity about new formats and trends.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a genuine desire for teamwork and exchange.
• Language: German at least C1, English at least B2.
