Senior AI Programmer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior AI Programmer at People Can Fly, you will work on creating and optimizing AI features for various non-player characters in AAA games, collaborating with design teams and contributing to the overall game development process.

In Short

• Propose and implement AI features in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with design and production teams.
• Maintain and enhance the Unreal Engine AI framework.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in console/PC games.
• Experience in the production cycle of at least 1 title.
• Proficient in C++ programming.
• Familiarity with Source Control and Code Review tools.
• Good knowledge of Project Management Software.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of AI algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with performance measurement and optimization.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Mentoring skills are a plus.
