Overview

As a Business Analyst at PenChecks, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technical development team and our financial products and services. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying business trends, and providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

In Short

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations in the FinTech sector
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
