• Play a hands-on role as an Oracle Cloud PLM Lead Consultant.
• Develop recommendations for clients' future state processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Define and refine business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Must have 8+ years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle PLM implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• May require travel within the USA and Canada.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business or Technology.
• Experience in Oracle Produce Lifecycle Management with at least 2 Cloud implementations.
• Ability to lead configuration of PLM modules.
• Knowledge of business processes from Concept-to-Design.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with Master Data Management is a plus.
• Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud are desirable.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM is a plus.
