In Short

• Develop understanding of client’s current state process and develop future state recommendations.
• Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high level implementation plans.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Define new and refine existing business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials.
• 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).
• Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, such as GL, AP and AR.
• Minimum of two end to end implementations in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model.
