In Short

• Provide weekly counseling through text, video calls, and phone calls.
• Onboard users with initial assessments.
• Utilize Pelago's AI-native EHR for efficient documentation.
• Monitor member progress and offer therapeutic strategies.
• Encourage motivation for change in substance use.
• Collaborate with other departments for positive member experiences.
• Maintain active licensure.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Help transform lives through addiction recovery.

Requirements

• Active LPC license in NJ, WA, or FL.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience with CBT and behavioral support.
• Comfort in AI-augmented care environments.
• Proficient in MI, MET, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Technologically fluent.
• Preferred: Prior telehealth experience.
