In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Document patient interactions and maintain clinical records.
• Participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in ongoing education and supervision.
• Provide case management services as needed.
• Work in a fully-remote environment with a patient-first mindset.
• Collaborate in a supportive and professional workplace culture.
• Must have an active Oregon license or be willing to obtain one.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Experience in mental health treatment and counseling.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a remote setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with telemedicine is a plus.
• Must reside in Oregon.
