Overview

PayPay Card Corporation is seeking passionate professionals to innovate the credit card industry and enhance payment experiences through a new financial platform integrated with the PayPay payment platform.

In Short

• Design and develop scalable systems for optimal user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Implement microservices architecture for high scalability and reliability.
• Participate in system performance maximization through code refactoring and algorithm improvements.
• Enhance system quality through API improvements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop features for web applications and mini-apps for the PayPay app.
• Design and develop core systems for membership management and transaction processing.
• Utilize Java 11/17 and Spring Boot for development.
• Work with various databases including RDS and DynamoDB.
• Engage in continuous improvement and integration within the PayPay ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of system development experience.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming, especially Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational databases and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD practices.
• Business-level English communication skills are a plus.
