PAYNE PEST MANAGEMENT is growing and looking to add PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS to our first-class service team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on your own. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.

In Short

• Responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems.
• Safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of buildings.
• Setting and baiting rodent bait stations.
• Bird control and clean up.
• Gopher and ground squirrel control.
• Bee services including hive removal and honey extraction.
• Maintain partnerships with businesses, homeowners, and property managers.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.

• Self-motivated individuals preferred.

Requirements

• Have a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License.
• QAL or QAC Category B license is a plus.
• Possess a clean driving record (H-6 DMV printout required).
• Pass a background check, physical and pre-employment drug screening.
