Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Backend to join our team at Patterson Agency, a creative and technological agency in constant growth.

In Short

• Propose architectures for new projects and audit existing architectures.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and project scope.
• Prepare planning, offers, and economic assessments.
• Manage projects technically with the development team.
• Maintain communication with clients to align business and technical objectives.

• Apply testing and quality methodologies in all developments.
• Document projects according to established organizational standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and application of agile work methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and unify development teams.
• Empathy, proactivity, and proficiency in English.
