Overview

The Shift Management Specialist is an entry-level managerial role responsible for managing shifts for a team of Risk, Fraud and Payments agents, requiring strong shift management and operational skills.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet demand.
  • Address operational issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Supervise and support team members during shifts.
  • Guide and mentor new and existing staff.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and legal regulations.
  • Compile shift reports documenting key activities.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in operational service roles.
  • Proven experience in shift management, ideally in iGaming.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, Risk, and Payments processes.
  • Expertise in resource allocation and workload balancing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with back-office tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
