Overview

We’re seeking a Product Owner for our Integrations team. The Product Owner is responsible for driving product success by maximizing the value delivered by their teams, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs, and bridging the gap between product strategy and execution.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned product domains.
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
• Set objectives and KPIs for product domains.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Oversee a designated tech writer and documentation.
• Conduct pre-sprint grooming sessions.
• Manage developer scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates on product performance.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Continuously improve processes for product development.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and project management tools.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Knowledge of API design and integration.
• Ability to deliver results through KPIs.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of business value in product features.
• Experience in scaling product teams.
• Familiarity with Higher Education challenges.
