Partner One is looking for a M&A Analyst to support activities related to search, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions within the software industry.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting.
• Previous Software M&A experience.
• Strong academic performance at a top-tier institution.
• Undergraduate degree in business is favorable.
• Maturity to interact with C-level executives.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
