Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of related work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CAD and structural engineering software.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Curiosity about structural behavior and technical details.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of Ontario clients is a plus.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
