Surety Bond Specialist - Remote

Overview

Parrot Surety Services is looking for a Surety Bond Specialist to join our fully remote team. This person will play a vital role in supporting the lifecycle of surety bond accounts from initial setup through final exoneration. The focus of this position is ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate handling of all administrative aspects related to bond underwriting, issuance and maintenance.

In Short

• Account Setup & File Management – Create and maintain new client accounts.
• Bond & GIA Preparation – Prepare and execute accurate bond forms and agreements.
• Bond Issuance & Delivery – Assemble, seal, and ship bonds to clients.
• Lifecycle Management – Monitor bond status and manage inquiries.
• System Maintenance – Update bond and client information in systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in insurance, surety, or administrative operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and file management abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Notary public certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
