Overview

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join our Infrastructure Platform Track, focusing on enabling product teams to streamline development and delivery processes.

In Short

• Build software, frameworks, and tools for reliable operations of PandaDoc services.
• Design and improve communication between services using gRPC, Temporal.io, and Kafka.
• Work closely with Kubernetes on AWS EKS.
• Enhance deployment and monitoring processes across clusters.
• Collaborate with engineers to foster solid engineering principles.
• Recommend and introduce best practices for engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of AsyncIO.
• Experience with Django framework.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ, NATS, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
• Good to have experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
