• 3+ years experience in growth in B2C subscription products.
• Expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO, and paid marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals.
• Fluency in English (B2+).
• Passion for skincare and interest in AI technology is a bonus.
