In Short

• Creative idea generator and opinion leader for innovative product concepts.

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with social media campaigns and innovative content formats.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in leading communication with freelancers and production teams.
• Excellent presentation skills and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree or outstanding portfolio.
• Creative and innovative thinking within corporate design guidelines.
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Good MS Office skills, preferably in PowerPoint design.
• Independent work style and strong organizational skills.
• High general education, especially in socially and technically relevant topics.
