Engineering Director (Hybrid Remote)

Overview

The Director of Engineering is responsible for driving the strategic and technical direction of the engineering organization, with a strong focus on collaboration with the Product team. This role ensures the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading engineering organizations of 20+ people.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management.
• Track record of setting and executing strategic goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and talent development skills.
• Experience with U.S.-based or international organizations.
• Understanding of modern software development practices.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
