Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging long-form YouTube content and high-performing short-form videos for social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and modern YouTube editing styles.

In Short

• Edit 1–2 long-form YouTube videos (20–30 minutes) per week
• Create 5–7 short-form videos from long-form content
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging, platform-optimized short clips
• Apply editing styles similar to modern YouTubers (fast-paced, engaging, storytelling-driven)
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all content
• Collaborate with the team to align content with overall strategy and goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly for YouTube
• Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing
• Familiarity with modern YouTube editing styles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
