Residential Designer - Kitchen & Bath - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Residential Designer to support our design and pre-construction team, focusing on kitchen and bathroom layouts.

In Short

• Create kitchen and bathroom layouts based on project scope
• Develop 3D renderings using Chief Architect
• Assist in visualizing design concepts for clients
• Submit plans to city jurisdictions for permitting
• Track permit status and follow up as needed
• Keep internal teams on track with tasks and timelines
• Request and organize bids from trades
• Maintain organized project documentation

Requirements

• Experience as a Residential Designer, Kitchen Designer, or similar
• Strong experience with Chief Architect or similar tools
• Skilled in kitchen and bathroom layouts and space planning
• Experience with 3D renderings
• Understanding of functional, buildable layouts
• Portfolio demonstrating real project layouts and plans
• Avoid backgrounds in graphic design, UI/UX, or styling
