Packaging Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Packaging Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing packaging across our full product ecosystem, working closely with the Creative Director to execute a cohesive brand experience.

In Short

• Update and refine existing packaging for consistency and brand alignment.
• Execute packaging for new flavor introductions and new product SKUs.
• Design packaging variations for special count offerings and retailer-specific versions.
• Collaborate closely with Ops, Product, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Support the Creative Director in expanding the packaging system across categories.
• Manage iterative packaging improvements based on feedback and guidelines.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and presentations for retailers.
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory requirements and compliance needs.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and version control systems.
• Contribute to merchandising and on-shelf storytelling efforts.

Requirements

• Strong experience in packaging design, particularly in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for packaging.
• Experience in managing projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
