As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will support retention marketing initiatives across multiple CPG and subscription brand clients in a fully remote environment.

• Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing strategies for DTC brands.
• Build and manage segmented audience lists for personalized messaging.
• Create and oversee automated flows using platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, and Attentive.
• Manage campaign production from ideation to deployment.
• Analyze campaign data and report key performance metrics.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Use Asana, ClickUp, and Google Sheets for project management.
• Partner with the Strategy Lead for execution excellence.
• Coordinate with copywriters and designers for engaging content.
• Maintain knowledge of email/SMS best practices.
