Email Marketing Strategist (Klaviyo Expert) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Email Marketing Strategist to join our client’s growing digital team. In this client-facing role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end email marketing initiatives for U.S. and EU-based DTC e-commerce brands.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to DTC e-commerce brands.
• Own the end-to-end campaign process—from ideation, copywriting, and design direction to execution and testing.
• Set up and maintain Klaviyo automations and flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back sequences.
• Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with clients via email and video calls.
• Oversee list segmentation, audience growth, and deliverability best practices.
• Provide performance reporting and insights, using KPIs to drive optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams for engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
