Overview

We are looking for an intern for at least 3 months to gain insight into a rapidly growing startup and software sales.

In Short

  • Identify target customers by analyzing markets and developing ideal customer profiles.
  • Build contacts by directly approaching decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, or phone.
  • Fill the pipeline by generating new leads and bringing qualified contacts to the sales team.
  • Contribute to outbound strategies by testing new approaches and optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Work with numbers by measuring success and learning to iterate data-driven with tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies or a gap year, ideally in business administration, communication, psychology, or similar.
  • Proactive personality who enjoys engaging with people and is enthusiastic.
  • Strong communication skills to speak with decision-makers in companies - fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
  • Interest in B2B tech, startups, and/or sales is a plus.
