Overview

The Commercial Manager of BPO will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the company's BPO unit, focusing on selling innovative solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing revenue.

  • Collaborate with operations, technology, finance, and HR teams.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales and BPO management.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving growth targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the BPO market across various industries.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Advanced English (preferred).
