Team Assistant - Focus Accounting & Customer Care - Remote

Overview

We at Pacemo are looking for a dedicated and motivated all-round talent to strengthen our team and take our company to the next level.

In Short

• Support management with a focus on accounting and customer support.
• Process incoming invoices according to GoBD.
• Handle credit card statements.
• Create travel expense reports and hospitality receipts.
• Maintain customer master data and check VAT IDs for EU and third countries.
• Act as a contact person for customers regarding accounting matters.
• Provide first-level telephone and written customer support.
• Assist in team events planning in close coordination with management.
• Communicate regularly within the corporate group in English.
• Must be available for at least 35 hours/week.

Requirements

• Experience in office organization and administration, ideally in a tech company.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Apple products and basic IT knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
