Overview

The Resale Listing Advisor at Pacaso is responsible for facilitating the resale process for current owners, ensuring a smooth and profitable experience.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the resale process.
  • Evaluate seller expectations and projected resale timelines.
  • Provide share pricing recommendations based on market trends.
  • Prepare visually appealing property listings.
  • Update clients on listing progress, inquiries, and offers.
  • Negotiate terms with potential buyers.
  • Facilitate acceptance of offers and coordinate paperwork.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide forecasts and summaries to management.
  • Travel 10% of the time for team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • High ethical values and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Quick learner with effective virtual work skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA or college degree preferred.
