Part-Time Head of Finance - Remote

In Short

• This is a part-time role, potentially 3 days per week or 5 hours 5 days a week.
• Seeking an experienced qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a highly experienced finance professional (QBE).
• Manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Involve in Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Control, and Reporting.
• Contribute to a collaborative and cross-functional teamwork environment.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive results.
• Must be local to Leamington Spa and engage with the team regularly.
• Experience in equity/debt fundraising is desirable.

Requirements

• A passion for finance.
• Experience in running financial reporting and planning processes.
• Management of month-end processes.
• Successful finance team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives.
• Owning and managing share option compliance.
• Creating reporting material for Board packs is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup is desirable.
• Understanding of emerging markets is advantageous.
• Experience with software like Spendesk and Xero.
