In Short

• Process large amounts of geospatial vector data, focusing on power lines data.
• Use Python to clean, augment, and format vector data.
• Map attribute names in data for downstream requirements.
• Work on multiple datasets in parallel.
• Collaborate with the Data Ingestion team and participate in daily standup meetings.
• Maintain high efficiency while balancing speed and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Adapt to new technologies and working practices.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Contribute to mission-driven work focused on climate action.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python for spatial data management.
• Experience with geospatial vector data using Geopandas and Shapely.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed.
• Ideally located in a time zone +/- 1 hour from CET.
