Senior Data Analyst - Healthcare/Life Sciences - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our data product management department. You will be responsible for working with the Senior Director of Product Management and the Data Delivery department to analyze large data sets to assess applicability, and design data products to address client opportunities.

In Short

• Perform data cleaning, normalization and aggregation as required to enable your analyses.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for relational and NoSql databases.
• Use Excel for data analysis and result fine-tuning.
• Build presentations and dashboards for the sales process.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve data assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data requests.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or Information Systems is preferred.
• Data analysis mastery in Excel and/or Google sheets, including pivots, charting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills. An ability to understand and simplify complex data and translate into easy to understand business information suitable for client presentations.
• Competent with statistics and statistical distributions.
• Experience with data visualization and building client-facing documents.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role. (Experience in the biological or healthcare fields is a plus.)
