Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Support Specialist with a focus on high level admin support and sales. This role requires a balance of administrative duties, effective communication, and active sales involvement.

In Short

  • Manage daily office tasks and scheduling.
  • Handle email management and communication on behalf of the owner.
  • Lead outbound sales activities and prospecting.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant data.
  • Provide daily summaries to the General Manager.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Utilize various software tools for productivity.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or sales.
  • Proven success in sales, including prospecting and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and general business processes is preferred.
