This individual is a part of the Integrated Marketing Team and works closely on integrated strategies with the Paid Search team and Team Lead towards unified goals.. • Plan, develop, and execute advanced integrated search engine optimization strategies tailored to client needs.
• Measure and report on SEO performance including traffic, rankings, and quality of conversions.
• Collaborate on integrated marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Meet expectations of timelines and communication to contribute to retention goals.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with clients.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Google algorithm shifts.
• Utilize SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Brightedge.
• Work flexibly in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating and executing SEO strategies.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Understanding of search intent throughout the consumer journey.
• Experience with Enterprise-level Clients and B2B lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO tools.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS experience.
• Experience with large consumer-facing websites.
• Strong communication skills in a client-facing role.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Consultative, analytical background.
