Overview

The OpenText Exstream Architect is responsible for architecting and supporting the OpenText Exstream customer communication management platform in a public cloud environment (Azure/AWS), focusing on designing cloud-ready Exstream solutions.

In Short

• Architect and design the OpenText Exstream platform deployment in the cloud.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure architects for deployment planning.
• Integrate Exstream with upstream and downstream systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Exstream deployment.
• Design solutions for high-volume batch document generation.
• Support interactive document generation through APIs.
• Act as the Exstream subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions adhere to OpenText and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor technical teams in Exstream architecture.
• Work partially or completely remote with flexible arrangements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing OpenText Exstream solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS deployments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to integrate Exstream with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of batch and interactive communication processes.
• Excellent architectural design abilities focused on cloud solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Understanding of performance optimization and security compliance.
• Experience with web services and APIs.
