Overview

The B2B E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover) will support daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our global B2B e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce. This remote role ensures smooth order flows, accurate product data, and an excellent digital customer experience.

In Short

Monitor and maintain Salesforce B2BCommerce.
Oversee Salesforce order flows and troubleshoot issues.
Update product information and digital assets within Salesforce.
Identify operational gaps and drive improvements.
Collaborate with sales, IT, customer service, and logistics.
Lead the rollout of the new Customer Portal project.
Remote role with global collaboration.
Potential for full-time employment after maternity cover.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of experience with Salesforce, preferably B2BCommerce.
Strong skills in Salesforce data management and troubleshooting.
Experience in e-commerce operations and digital workflows.
Nice to have: SAP ERP order flow knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
