Overview

Osmo is seeking a motivated Prompt Engineer to collaborate directly with our CTO and Head of Applied Research to create innovative solutions empowering our Marketing and Sales teams. This position is a 3-month contract hybrid or remote role, with the potential to convert to full-time employment based on your performance and team needs.

In Short

Design, experiment with, and refine prompts to generate personalized marketing content.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand their requirements.
Build and iterate on internal tools for prompt generation and evaluation.
Continuously assess and optimize prompt performance.
Maintain documentation of prompts and methodologies.
Stay current with trends in AI relevant to marketing automation.

Requirements

Advanced user of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
Experience in sales, marketing, engineering, or related fields.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Ability to translate marketing requirements into personalized content.
Passion for AI developments and real-world applications.
