Overview

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to support the innovative TrueCost™ pharmacy pricing model, aimed at providing transparency and durability in pricing for PBM clients.

In Short

• Support TrueCost™ offerings for commercial health plan clients.
• Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services on pricing strategies.
• Utilize advanced Excel modeling for financial analysis.
• Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership.
• Execute financial modeling for pricing offers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for TrueCost™.
• Communicate pricing strategies to internal and external partners.
• Implement evolving pricing strategies in response to market dynamics.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and client projects.
• Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Knowledge of PBM finance is preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
