In Short

• Position for a junior attorney or litigation attorney transitioning to pre-litigation.
• Support senior attorneys in managing a high-volume pre-litigation caseload.
• Assist with client intake, documentation, and case development.
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and assist in settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 1+ years of experience in litigation or pre-litigation (personal injury preferred).

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
