Unlike traditional platforms, Orderly doesn’t have a front end; instead, it operates at the core of the ecosystem, providing essential services to projects built on top of it.

In Short

• Assess and Maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchanges.
• Manage and optimize the Listing/Delisting process of Digital assets.
• Audit exchange system performance to improve trading experience.
• Provide customer support and manage key customer account matters.
• Manage reporting and data dashboards with analyses for management.
• Ensure market integrity and orderly operation of the exchange.
• Collaborate with technology teams for product features and optimizations.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal and external partners.
• Manage reconciliations between operations, customer service, and accounting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in exchange operations or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing digital assets liquidity.
• Expertise in developing management frameworks for trading initiatives.
• Outstanding project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify key metrics for optimization.
• Proficient in generating and presenting analyses and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with partners.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
