Overview

As a Senior Core Banking Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and functional support to our customers (Neobanks and MFIs) alongside an existing team of three Support Specialists.

In Short

  • Support customers in maximizing value from our software.
  • Define and report on performance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support-related processes.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Investigate and implement tools for effective resource use.
  • Contribute to documentation on support team procedures.
  • Stay up to date on product updates.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical support or customer service in banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of APIs and payments integrations.
  • Experience with customer support software (ideally Zendesk).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Empathy and ability to work well across functions.
  • Expertise in Excel.
