Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales services and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers during service implementation and setup, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a senior technical project manager role.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with Network concepts and devices.
• Experience implementing Linux environments and Cloud services.
• Expertise in Oracle products is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work with English speaking customers.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Collaborative working style and interpersonal skills.
