The Remote Patient Monitoring Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the care of patients through remote monitoring technology, ensuring their needs are met and supporting them in achieving their health goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• High level of professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation required.
