Junior Finance & Accounting Manager (Full-time or Part-time) - Remote

Overview

The Junior Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting payment processes, and optimizing workflows in a digital environment.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Oversee weekly payment runs and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate on invoice verification with the finance team.
• Help refine existing workflows and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Work closely in a small finance team promoting an open feedback culture.

Requirements

• Experience in finance and accounting with a basic understanding of bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in digitalization processes in finance and a paperless office.
• Fluent in German and English, with a desire to work in an international team.
