Requirements

• MSc in Psychology.
• Native Russian speaker with business-level English skills.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical psychology.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
• Self-starter with a resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with technology and online consultations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and open to feedback.
• Commitment to personal development.
