OpenUp is looking for a freelance psychologist who is passionate about making mental well-being accessible. The role involves providing guidance for everyday challenges through video consultations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in clinical conversations.
• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
• Tech-savvy and self-reliant with digital platforms.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
